1. Definitions
“IFMOSA” means IFMOSA Work (“we”, “our”, “us”).
“User” means anyone using the IFMOSA website or services.
“Member” means a User who subscribes to an IFMOSA Go plan.
“Services” means all services provided by IFMOSA, including job listings, educational resources, consulting, and membership benefits.
“System” means the IFMOSA online platform, accessible via ifmosawork.com
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using IFMOSA services or subscribing to any membership plan, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
3. IFMOSA Membership Plans
We offer three paid membership options:
IFMOSA Go (Basic) – Access to exclusive job listings and general career resources. Company contact details (shared publicly)
IFMOSA Go Plus – Includes all Basic features plus premium guides, templates, and career consulting tools. CV upgrades
IFMOSA Go Elite – Includes all Plus features, with priority access to listings, exclusive resources, and one-to-one consulting where available. Phone calls. Company owner contact details (shared with permission)
4. Member Responsibilities
By subscribing, you agree that:
IFMOSA does not guarantee employment, visa approval, or interview invitations.
Your success depends on your own effort, including maintaining a strong CV/resume, professional documents, and strong interview performance.
IFMOSA provides access to resources and listings; you must actively apply and follow through with opportunities.
5. Payments & Renewals
Membership fees are displayed at checkout and may vary by plan (Go, Go Plus, Go Elite).
Payment must be made through IFMOSA’s official payment channels.
Memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
If the IFMOSA system crashes or technical failures prevent member access for more than 72 hours.
If a member pays but is unable to access their account or membership features due to IFMOSA’s fault.
All digital services are considered delivered once accessed. Refund requests outside the conditions above will not be accepted
Refunds will not be issued for:
Lack of response from employers.
Failure to secure a job, interview, or visa.
Poor performance in interviews or lack of required qualifications.
Change of mind after accessing content.
7. Termination & Suspension
IFMOSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if users violate these Terms.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time; however, refunds will not be given except under Section 6.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on IFMOSA (job posts, resources, guides, templates) is the property of IFMOSA. Copying, resale, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
IFMOSA is not a recruitment agency or immigration consultant.
All job listings are for information purposes; employers are responsible for hiring decisions.
IFMOSA is not liable for losses, rejections, or missed opportunities resulting from use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the users local laws. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
IFMOSA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or platform notices. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
