Who can see employer contact information?
Only activated IFMOSA Go members. The paywall exists to protect employers from spam and to protect serious candidates from being buried in noise.
GO Plan Jobs
Jobs marked with the ⭐ GO icon contain direct employer contact details. These are only accessible to paying members.
Non-activated users: can browse all standard job listings and apply through official links — but they cannot see direct contact details.
Member Verification

How do employers communicate with members?
Employers may use WhatsApp, email, Zoom, or Google Meet depending on their preference. We do not control the method — our platform provides verified contact details so you can connect directly and professionally.
Am I guaranteed a job?
No. IFMOSA is a data provider, not an employer. Your success depends on your qualifications, experience, and how you present yourself. We give you the keys; you drive the car.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Once a member activates their account and gains access to verified employer contacts, all payments are final. We recommend reviewing the platform before subscribing.

Why are employer contacts behind a paywall?
Verified hiring managers were being flooded with messages from unqualified, unprepared applicants. The paywall filters out the noise and ensures that when an employer receives a message from an IFMOSA member, it's from a serious professional — not a spammer.
Is IFMOSA safe?
Yes. Every listing is vetted. We never store credit card details. Your data is encrypted, and we never sell or share it with third parties.
What We Don't Do
We do not handle visas, process applications on your behalf, or act as a migration agent.
How secure are payments?
