Our story began with a single freelance recruiter in Sweden—driven by a vision to connect talent with opportunity. But one person can only do so much. To make a real impact, we joined forces with trusted partners like Bwanaadi Group Ltd, a fully registered and insured Kenyan company, to expand our reach while upholding the highest ethical standards.

“Growing up between Sweden and England, I had no idea how hard it was for Africans to find real jobs abroad. Then, on trips to family in Kenya, I kept hearing the same heart=breaking stories—recruitment scams, fake promises, and hardworking people losing everything to fraudsters. I’d had enough. Someone had to fix this.

So I built IFMOSA Work: A free, digital job platform that cuts out the middlemen, the lies, and the fees. No tricks. No false hope. Just real opportunities—applied for online, from home, at zero cost.

My goal? Simple. Let job seekers focus on their future—not fighting fraud. Save their energy for success abroad, not surviving shady agencies.

Today, IFMOSA operates from Sweden, with our African partner Bwanaadi Group Ltd (a fully registered Kenyan company) ensuring fairness on the ground in Kenya. We have trusted partners also in Bangladesh and Somalia ensuring ethical recruitment processes. We do not charge job seekers to find work.
