To drive this expansion, we are seeking a relentless, well-networked B2B Account Executive / Employer Relations Manager with a proven track record in agency recruitment sales.
Position Overview
This is a pure business development and hunter role. We are looking for an individual who has cut their teeth in the traditional B2B recruitment industry—someone who knows exactly how to get past gatekeepers, pitch HR directors, and secure exclusive staffing contracts or premium employer subscription packages.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, map, and aggressively prospect international companies (specifically in agriculture, commercial farming, construction, skilled trades, and tech) experiencing domestic labour shortages.
- Run outbound campaigns using cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences, and networking to connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Directors, and business owners.
2. Pitching & Securing Commercial Contracts
- Present the ifmosawork.com value proposition to global employers: showing them how our pre-vetted, massive international community can solve their hiring bottlenecks faster than local agencies.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements, including featured employer subscriptions, exclusive job posting packages, and pay-per-placement staffing contracts.
3. Client Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded employers, ensuring their open roles are accurately represented on our platform.
- Liaise with our internal Data Verification and Content teams to deliver a seamless flow of high-quality applicant profiles to your clients.
- Drive account retention and upselling by demonstrating strong applicant volume and placement success.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the recruitment or staffing agency industry. You must have a demonstrable track record of signing corporate clients to supply staff.
- The Network: Prior experience or an existing network of hiring managers within international sectors—especially commercial agriculture (farms in Canada/UK/EU) or skilled trades—is an enormous advantage.
- Closing Capability: Expert negotiation and closing skills. You know how to handle objections regarding visa logistics, international relocation, and pricing structures.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Since this is a remote role, you must possess immense self-discipline, a high tech-literacy rate (CRM management, LinkedIn automation tools), and a results-driven mindset.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English.
Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $1,500 – $3,000 USD per month, depending on experience and region.
- Uncapped Commissions: Earn a generous percentage (15% – 25%) on every corporate contract, subscription, or successful placement fee you secure.
- Growth Potential: As the first dedicated B2B hire, you will have the direct track to building and leading our global B2B Sales Division as VP of Employer Relations.
