Your Mission: Drive Impactful Growth
In this growth-focused Product Manager role, you will be at the intersection of data, user experience, and business strategy. Your primary mission will be to identify, prioritize, and execute on initiatives that significantly move the needle for the product.
Key Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Strategy: Define, monitor, and analyze key metrics and KPIs (e.g., user retention, expansion revenue) in collaboration with Data teams. Develop insightful dashboards to track success and inform decisions.

Experimentation & Optimization: Lead growth experimentation from hypothesis to execution, including A/B testing and iterative development. Use data to validate ideas and optimize user funnels for maximum conversion.

User-Centric Development: Map user journeys to identify friction points and opportunities. Translate both quantitative data and qualitative feedback into actionable product insights and a compelling product vision.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to align on goals, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver high-impact solutions efficiently.

Agile Execution: Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment. Structure and deliver MVPs, then iterate rapidly based on user feedback and performance data.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategy, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional who is passionate about building products that drive growth.
Essential Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in a growth-focused role.

Strong expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven product development.

Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights and actions.

Proficiency in defining KPIs and using analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.

Deep understanding of user journey mapping and conversion optimization strategies.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Currently living in or willing to relocate to the Lisbon area (this is a hybrid role).

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
