About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic food and beverage team. Whether you are a skilled Cook crafting delicious meals, a personable Server creating memorable dining experiences, or a supportive Server Assistant ensuring seamless service, you will play a vital role in our operation.

This is a full-time, seasonal position requiring a commitment of at least 35 hours per week. Schedules are variable and will include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Work may be performed any day from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts may include a daytime shift from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM or an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with actual hours subject to change based on operational needs.

  • Guaranteed Wage: Your financial security is our priority. The employer will guarantee your wage in any given workweek. If your total compensation (including reported tips) does not meet the required prevailing wage or overtime wage rate, we will supplement your earnings to ensure it does.

  • Overtime Pay: You will be paid at the legally required overtime rate for all hours worked over 40 in a single workweek, which is the period we use to compute all wages due.

  • Discretionary Holiday Bonus: Exceptional performance and dedication may be rewarded with a discretionary holiday bonus.

  • Comprehensive Training: No prior experience in our specific environment? No problem. We provide paid on-the-job training to ensure you feel confident and prepared to excel in your role.

  • All Tools Provided: The employer will provide all necessary tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform your job at no cost to you.

Housing & Transportation:

We understand that relocating for a seasonal position is a significant decision. We offer the following support:

  • Optional Housing: Limited housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis for workers who are relocating for this employment. The cost, which includes utilities, is budget-friendly, starting at just $20.00 – $30.00 per day, depending on your room selection. If you choose this option, the total cost will be conveniently deducted from your paycheck.

  • Transportation Reimbursement: If you successfully complete 50% of the work contract period, the employer will pay for or reimburse you for your reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs from your place of recruitment to Naples, FL. This will be handled within your first week of work.

  • Return Travel: Upon completion of your contract, the employer will provide or pay for your reasonable return transportation costs back to your original departure point. The amount will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance.

  • Daily Commute: Please note that daily transportation to and from the worksite is not provided. You are responsible for your own local commute. Travel between your home and Quail West is not required as part of your job duties.

Additional Benefits:

  • Telehealth Option: For your convenience and well-being, we offer optional access to Telehealth services. Should you choose to enroll, the associated costs will be deducted from your paycheck upon your request.

  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, for the duration of the season.
