The Role:
We are looking for an inspirational educator to deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics curriculum to secondary school students. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering a positive learning environment and igniting a passion for mathematics. You will be responsible for planning and implementing effective lessons, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and contributing to a collaborative department focused on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Mathematics for secondary grade levels.

Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.

Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.

Differentiate teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students.

Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and school-wide professional development initiatives.

Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student achievement and well-being.

Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.
Qualifications and Experience:

A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field.

A official teaching certification/license (e.g., PGCE, teaching credential).
-
A minimum of three years of recent, relevant teaching experience in Secondary Mathematics.
-
Proven experience teaching a British, IB, or American curriculum is highly desirable.

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

A commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth.
