Whether it’s a bustling office, a state-of-the-art tech campus, or a welcoming public space, the work of our cleaning team is what allows everyone else to thrive. We are a respected facilities provider, and we are looking for dedicated, reliable individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness.

If you are someone who believes a job worth doing is worth doing well, and you find satisfaction in leaving a space spotless, we invite you to apply. This is more than just a cleaning role; it’s a vital position where your contribution is valued and essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising restrooms and kitchen areas, replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and towels.

  • Emptying all bins and disposing of waste and recycling in the designated areas.

  • Cleaning high-touch points like door handles, light switches, and railings to ensure a hygienic environment.

  • Washing windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.

  • Monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to your supervisor.

  • Using and storing cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with training and COSHH regulations.

  • Working collaboratively with the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.

  • Maintaining a professional and courteous manner, respecting the workspaces of clients and their employees.

Who We Are Looking For:

We value attitude and reliability as much as experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong work ethic, honesty, and a tremendous sense of pride in your work.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving high standards.

  • The ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a supportive team.

  • Good physical fitness, as the role involves bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.

  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to your assigned schedule.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

  • Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as we provide full training for the right candidate.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

We are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment where our staff feel appreciated. When you join our team, you can expect:

  • A Competitive Hourly Rate: We offer a attractive and competitive pay rate, with premium pay for Sunday and public holiday work.

  • Guaranteed Hours: Enjoy the security of a permanent contract with guaranteed, predictable hours.

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Access to a company pension scheme after qualifying period.

  • Training & Development: Receive full, paid training on all cleaning procedures, chemical safety (COSHH), and equipment use. We invest in our people.

  • Career Stability: A permanent role with a reputable and growing company.

  • Supportive Culture: Become part of a friendly, inclusive, and professional team where your efforts are recognised and valued.

  • Modern Equipment: We provide all necessary cleaning materials, equipment, and a company uniform.
