We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role requires a nurturing personality, patience, and the ability to adapt to various situations. Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs and progress.
• Document daily activities and any changes in client behaviour or health status.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• A genuine passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• A valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
