Salary: $70,000 – $77,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our busy hospitality team. This full-time position is offered under the Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA), providing sponsorship for the Subclass 494 visa.

Key Responsibilities (aligned to ANZSCO 431511)

· Greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and explaining daily specials.

· Taking food and beverage orders accurately and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff.

· Serving meals and drinks, ensuring a high standard of presentation and timeliness.

· Checking with guests to ensure satisfaction, promptly handling requests or complaints.

· Clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness and order.

· Preparing bills, accepting payment, and processing transactions.

· Assisting with stock rotation, maintaining service stations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

· Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Waiter or in a comparable hospitality role.

· Must be qualified in Hospitality Industry, minimum to have certificate -III in hospitality.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

· Knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety practices.
