As the Store Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our Singapore boutique, entrusted with the complete operational and commercial success of the store. Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Orchestrating Operational Excellence & Brand Aesthetics
You will be the ultimate guardian of the store’s environment, ensuring every detail reflects our brand’s luxury stature. This encompasses the meticulous execution of daily opening and closing procedures, preserving the pristine condition of the boutique, and championing our visual merchandising (VM) standards. You will ensure that every display tells a story, creating an immersive and inspiring atmosphere that captivates our clients from the moment they enter. A keen eye for detail is paramount in maintaining the flawless presentation that our clientele expects.

2. Inspiring, Leading, and Developing a High-Performing Team
Your leadership will be the engine of the team’s success. You will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and motivating a team of passionate sales associates. This involves creating comprehensive training programs to deepen their product knowledge—from the unique properties of jadeite to the cut and clarity of our diamonds—and honing their consultative selling skills. You will provide continuous, constructive performance feedback, manage schedules to optimize team productivity and coverage, and foster a collaborative, ambitious, and positive team culture where every member feels valued and driven to excel.

3. Driving Sales Performance and Strategic Growth
You are a results-oriented leader with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will analyze sales data, understand market trends, and develop innovative strategies to drive the store’s financial performance. This goes beyond managing numbers; it involves coaching your team on advanced sales techniques, identifying new business opportunities, and proactively implementing action plans to ensure the store not only meets but consistently surpasses its commercial objectives.

This includes strict adherence to all company policies, Singapore’s health and safety regulations, and local retail laws. Furthermore, you will demonstrate sharp analytical skills through the preparation of detailed reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and key operational metrics. These reports are crucial for management review, providing the insights needed for strategic decision-making.

6. Championing Brand Initiatives and Collaborative Partnerships
You will serve as the vital link between our Singapore boutique and our Hong Kong headquarters. This involves close coordination on marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and exclusive in-store events designed to enhance brand visibility and attract new patrons. Your on-the-ground insight and proactive communication will be instrumental in tailoring these initiatives for the Singapore market, ensuring they resonate powerfully with our local clientele.


The Ideal Candidate: Your Profile

  • Proven Leadership: A minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, ideally within the luxury goods, fine jewellery, or high-fashion sectors. You have a demonstrable track record of leading a team to success.

  • Commercial Acumen: A history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, with the strategic mind to develop and execute plans that drive growth.

  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You possess outstanding communication and emotional intelligence, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and inspiring a team of professionals.

  • A Passion for the Craft: A genuine passion for luxury retail and a deep appreciation for fine craftsmanship, with a particular interest in jadeite and gemstones. Your keen eye for detail is evident in everything you do.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

  • Flexibility and Dedication: Full availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our luxury retail calendar.
