Warehouse job in USA as Lead sorting to oversee and manage our sorting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse logistics and proven leadership skills to ensure efficient and accurate sorting operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of sorting associates, providing guidance and support to meet daily operational goals.
- Oversee the sorting, processing, and dispatch of packages to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse operational procedures.
- Implement strategies to optimize workflow and improve sorting efficiency.
- Train and coach team members on best practices and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and other departments to resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high productivity levels.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (required for bilingual communication).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in returns processing or customer service is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Work hours: Rotating shifts based on business needs (1-shift rotation 8pm-5am ）
- Full-time, W2
