Scrum Master role in tech company
Requirements as a scrum master:
• +3 years of experience in the role of Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Scrum Master Certification (PSM I or CSM)
Deliverables:
• All expected deliverables for the previous level;
• Configuration and analysis of reports and advanced indicators;
• Identification of indirect causal relationships between team practices and impacts on team delivery/efficiency.
