Your Mission: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior MOC Coordinator, you are the central nerve center for technical flight operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and punctuality.

  • Operational Control: Monitor and maintain aircraft airworthiness in a 24/7 environment, acting as the single point of contact for the fleet’s technical status.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all EASA and LBA regulations and internal procedures (MOE, CAME).

  • Maintenance Oversight: Monitor ongoing and planned maintenance work globally, review maintenance documentation, and authorize the release of aircraft for service (CRS).

  • AOG & Troubleshooting: Lead and coordinate the response to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, enabling a swift return to service through effective communication with Engineering, Logistics, and Maintenance teams.

  • Technical Delay Management: Track and manage technical delays, communicating effectively with flight crews to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.

  • Deferred Defects: Assess and approve the deferral of defects, while monitoring any associated operational restrictions.

  • Collaborative Planning: Support the Daily Planner in routing aircraft and scheduling maintenance to maximize fleet availability.

Your Profile: Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements:

  • A completed degree with several years of relevant experience OR a holder of a valid EASA Part 66 CAT B1 or CAT B2 license.

  • Minimum of three years of experience in aircraft maintenance.

  • In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations, airworthiness directives, and operational procedures.

  • Proven experience in a maintenance control or planning environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.

  • High resilience and the ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced setting.

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

  • Willingness and suitability for shift work.

Desirable Assets:

  • Knowledge of maintenance software (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, AIMS, Netline).

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.

  • Service-oriented mindset with determination and punctuality.
