The Role:
As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostic procedures to accurately identify mechanical and electrical faults.

Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Execute complex repairs on engine, transmission, braking, and steering systems.

Conduct vehicle safety inspections and ensure all work complies with UK standards and regulations.

Utilise modern diagnostic equipment and technical resources effectively.

Liaise with customers to explain technical issues and provide clear, professional recommendations.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment in line with health and safety protocols.

Keep accurate and detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time taken.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

A formal qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or an equivalent international certification).

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician.

Proven expertise in diagnostic, repair, and servicing procedures for modern vehicles.

A strong understanding of vehicle electronics and computer-based systems.

A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with automotive technological advancements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

A valid driver’s licence.
Essential Requirement: English Language Proficiency
To ensure you can integrate successfully into our team, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and understand important safety and technical information, we require all applicants to demonstrate a proficient level of English. Therefore, a valid IELTS UKVI certificate with a minimum overall score of 6.0 (or equivalent recognised qualification) is a mandatory requirement for this application.
