  • Manage inventory levels, place orders for kitchen supplies, and control food costs to meet budgetary requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

  • Uphold the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance with all WHS legislation and regulations.

  • Manage daily labour costs effectively to achieve operational targets.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant environment.

  • You possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
