We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Auckland, with potential for flexible work arrangements for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that elevate our clients’ online presence and drive their business growth.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at AffordIT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies for diverse clients across various industries. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies while collaborating with our team of developers, designers, and digital experts to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategies and keep clients competitive.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with client goals.

  • Maintain clear communication with clients, presenting strategies and results.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.


Qualifications and Requirements

Essential:

  • 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.

  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
