The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital part in our processing operations. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the safe handling, dismantling, testing, and recovery of IT hardware and components. You will ensure that all equipment is processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with strict quality, safety, and security standards.

Your work will directly support our mission to extend the lifecycle of technology and deliver reliable, high-quality equipment to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely handle and dismantle IT hardware for processing

• Recover, prepare, and move components for reuse or recycling

• Support testing and preparation of equipment for resale

• Weigh, label, and record incoming and outgoing stock accurately

• Follow PPE, health and safety, and ISO-aligned procedures at all times

• Report non-conformances, damage, or unsafe conditions immediately

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
