1. Introduction — Welcome
Welcome to IFMOSA. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IFMOSA's services, websites, platforms, and products (collectively, the "Service") operated by IFMOSA ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a license (GO, GO PLUS, GO ELITE), posting a job, applying for a job, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users, including license holders, job seekers, employers, free users, and affiliate marketers. IFMOSA is a registered digital service and information provider. You can verify our registration by emailing support@ifmosawork.com.
2. Definitions
- User — any individual or entity using the Service.
- Job Seeker — a User who creates a profile or applies for jobs.
- Employer — a User or entity posting jobs or purchasing licenses.
- Free User — a User accessing the Service without purchasing a license.
- License Holder — a User who purchases a GO, GO PLUS, or GO ELITE license.
- Affiliate Marketer — an individual or entity participating in the IFMOSA Affiliate Program.
- Content — all data, job listings, messages, profiles, and materials uploaded by Users.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
IFMOSA may require identity verification (KYC) or business verification before allowing access to specific features. Failure to comply may result in account limitations or suspension.
4. Affiliate Marketers Program
4.1. Program Participation
The IFMOSA Affiliate Program allows approved participants to promote IFMOSA products and services. By joining the program, you agree to these Terms and any separate Affiliate Agreement provided upon approval.
4.2. Commission Structure
Commissions are paid according to the terms specified in your individual Affiliate Agreement. Commission rates, payment thresholds, and payment schedules will be detailed in your agreement. IFMOSA reserves the right to modify commission structures with 30 days' written notice to affiliates.
4.3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must:
- Provide truthful and non-misleading promotion of IFMOSA services
- Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements
- Not engage in spam, fraudulent, or deceptive marketing practices
- Not bid on IFMOSA brand keywords in paid advertising without written consent
- Maintain the confidentiality of their affiliate dashboard and tracking links
4.4. Payment Terms
Commission payments will be made according to the schedule outlined in your Affiliate Agreement. All payments are subject to:
- Successful completion of referred sales with no chargebacks
- Reaching the minimum payment threshold
- Providing valid payment information
- Compliance with all program terms
IFMOSA reserves the right to withhold payments for suspected fraud, violation of terms, or quality concerns.
4.5. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 30 days' written notice. IFMOSA may terminate immediately for:
- Violation of these Terms or the Affiliate Agreement
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Misrepresentation of IFMOSA products or services
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions meeting payment criteria will be paid according to the agreement terms.
5. Licenses — GO, GO PLUS, GO ELITE
IFMOSA sells licenses granting access to features and tools for job seekers and employers. Each license (GO, GO PLUS, GO ELITE) includes different benefits, as detailed on ifmosawork.com/activate. It is your responsibility to review the license features before purchase.
5.1. Purchase & Access
Licenses are one-time purchases. Payment must be completed to access features. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. License access is granted once payment clears.
5.2. No Guarantee of Employment
Licenses provide access to tools, introductions, and visibility but do not guarantee employment. Job offers, hiring, and placement are outside IFMOSA's control.
5.3. No Refunds
All license purchases are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that IFMOSA provides access and tools only, not guaranteed outcomes. Any claims for refunds based on not obtaining a job or other expectations will not be honored.
6. Employer Terms
6.1. Job Posting & Accuracy
Employers must provide truthful and lawful job postings. Fraudulent, misleading, or malicious postings are prohibited.
6.2. Employer Verification & KYC
Employers may be required to complete KYC and business verification before posting jobs. This includes providing registration documents and proof of identity.
6.3. Payment & Advertising Policy
All payments for job postings or advertising are one-time and non-refundable. IFMOSA will display the advertisement as agreed. Employers may stop an advertisement at any time, but no refunds will be issued for early cancellation. IFMOSA does not guarantee candidate placement.
6.4. Employer Conduct
- No scams, fake offers, or requests for payments from candidates.
- No harvesting sensitive applicant data outside the platform.
- No discrimination, harassment, or illegal practices.
- No bypassing IFMOSA fees via off-platform recruitment.
7. Free Users — Terms & Conditions
7.1. Acceptable Use
Free Users must not engage in illegal, malicious, or disruptive behavior including phishing, spam, scraping data, or malware distribution.
7.2. Enforcement & Penalties
Violations may result in account suspension, IP blocking, deletion of content, or reporting to authorities.
8. Suspensions, Bans & IP Blocking
8.1. Examples of Violations
- Phishing or impersonation
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Fraudulent job postings
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Malware, hacking, or security breaches
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech
8.2. Detection & Enforcement
IFMOSA uses automated systems, AI monitoring, manual compliance checks, and user reports to detect violations. Accounts may be suspended, IPs blocked, or reported to authorities.
8.3. Appeals
Users may contact support@ifmosawork.com for review of account restrictions or suspensions.
9. Payments & Refund Policy
All purchases of licenses or employer services (job postings, advertising) are one-time and non-refundable. IFMOSA does not guarantee employment, candidate placement, or outcomes. Services will continue as provided under the agreed license or terms. Operational or technical exceptions may be handled at IFMOSA's sole discretion.
10. Content, Reviews & Marketing
10.1. User Content
All content you post or submit must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. IFMOSA may remove content that violates these Terms.
10.2. Reviews & Testimonials
Reviews or ratings you submit may be displayed publicly on IFMOSA platforms. By submitting, you grant IFMOSA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display the review.
10.3. Marketing & Data Use
IFMOSA may use your information for marketing purposes only if you have opted in. This may include email newsletters, promotions, or service updates. You may opt-out at any time.
10.4. Cookies & Tracking
IFMOSA uses cookies and analytics to improve user experience and provide personalized content. You may manage cookies in your browser settings.
11. KYC, AML & Fraud Prevention
IFMOSA uses AI and manual audits to detect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions. Users may be required to complete KYC verification. Violations may lead to suspension or reporting to authorities.

We comply with GDPR, ensuring lawful processing of personal data, right of access, rectification, and erasure.

We follow relevant privacy laws including CCPA for California residents, ensuring transparency and opt-out rights.
