Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns

• Manage promotional schedules and operational checklists

• Assist with operational communications across advertising, content, and CRM distribution

• Organize campaign performance data and prepare reports

• Assist with budget tracking, expense processing, and contract management

• Coordinate with advertising agencies and external partners

• Prepare presentations and maintain marketing documentation

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in administrative operations, marketing operations support, or similar coordination roles

• Strong documentation and data management skills

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Business-level Korean language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or O2O industries

• Experience managing or supporting marketing campaigns

• Understanding of CRM, social media marketing, and online advertising operations

• Experience working in a startup environment or advertising agency

• Business-level Japanese or English proficiency
