We’re recruiting 10 Foreign English Teachers to join a well-established Beijing Group Kindergarten from February 2026. This is a fully supported, legal role with great pay, benefits, and a genuine work-life balance.
The School

Your Students
- Ages 3–6 (some campuses up to 16)
- Class sizes: 8–20 students
- Curious, energetic, and eager to learn
Your Role
You’ll be teaching English through fun, structured and creative learning:
- Teach English, reading, speaking, listening & basic writing
- Use school textbooks + your own innovative methods
- Support students’ overall language confidence
- Take part in school activities and collaborate with colleagues
No admin overload. No chaos. Just teaching done properly.
Salary & Benefits (This Is the Good Bit)
- 24,000 – 27,000 RMB per month (≈ £2,500 – £2,800)
- Housing allowance included
- Meal allowance included
- Legal Z-visa sponsorship

- 5-day working week (2 days off)

What We’re Looking For
- English speaker (from UK, US, Canada, Australia, NZ)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA preferred
- Positive, energetic, patient
- Loves working with children
