You will be the absolute owner of the ifmosawork iOS and Android apps — from initial design and launch to ongoing management, maintenance, bug fixes, and feature updates. You will ensure the app remains reliable, fast, and constantly improving for thousands of job seekers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

App Architecture & Launch: Own the complete lifecycle of the ifmosawork mobile application from initial wireframes and API integration to deployment on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Cross‑Platform or Native Development: Build a smooth, high‑performance mobile experience (we are open to native Swift/Kotlin or a high‑quality cross‑platform framework like Flutter/React Native).
Core Feature Implementation: Develop features like real‑time push notifications for urgent job alerts, advanced filtering for job categories (agriculture, trades, tech), a secure user authentication system, and an integrated in‑app payment gateway for premium memberships.
Ongoing App Management: After launch, you will continue to manage, monitor, and fix any issues. You'll roll out regular updates, optimize performance, and add new features based on user feedback and business needs.
System Integration: Connect the mobile frontend seamlessly with our backend databases, website sitemaps, and content management systems.
Optimization: Ensure the app is incredibly fast, lightweight, and functions reliably even on lower‑bandwidth mobile networks globally.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience shipping successful, live mobile applications to production.
Technical Stack:
- Deep expertise in native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), OR absolute mastery of a cross‑platform framework (Flutter / React Native).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and database management.
- Experience integrating push notification services (like Firebase Cloud Messaging) and in‑app billing systems (Stripe, Apple/Google Pay).
The Startup Spirit: You thrive in a lean, fast‑paced environment. You are a self‑starter who doesn’t need hand‑holding and loves figuring out the best technical solutions to business problems.
Language Skills: Fluent professional English (written and spoken). Swedish language skills are NOT required.
Relocation Ready: You hold a valid passport and are fully prepared to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden within the next 3–6 months.
