Job Description
As an Associate in PwC’s Tax Services team, you will join a global community of problem-solvers dedicated to building trust and tackling complex challenges. You will support clients in achieving their tax objectives through strategic compliance, advisory, and data-driven insights. This role offers exposure to employment taxes, immigration, HR operations, total rewards, and cross-border tax advisory, with opportunities to grow under experienced mentors.
Key Responsibilities

Client Solutions & Advisory

Assist in developing tailored tax solutions for clients across industries.

Support employment tax advisory on equity plans, M&A, family offices, and global mobility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services.

Compliance & Deliverables

Prepare client deliverables (reports, presentations) with actionable insights.

Stay updated on Singapore/global tax laws and market trends.

Business Development

Contribute to thought leadership (e.g., whitepapers, market analyses).

Participate in client relationship-building and proposal development.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related fields.

Strong analytical/numerical skills and ability to interpret tax frameworks.

Excellent written/verbal English for client communication and documentation.

Team player with curiosity, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Record of co-curricular involvement (leadership, projects, etc.).
Preferred (but not mandatory):

Prior internship/experience in tax, HR, or rewards consulting.

Knowledge of Singapore employment tax laws or global mobility.
