  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organised, and fully compliant with all WHS standards.

Logistics & Coordination:

  • Liaise directly with installers, project managers, and logistics partners to coordinate daily material requirements.

  • Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring all products are secured for transport.

  • Drive to suppliers and depots for stock collections and urgent deliveries (company truck/van provided).

  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • A valid Forklift Licence.

  • A valid Australian Driver’s Licence (manual transmission).

  • Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or driving role.

  • Physical capability to safely handle heavy equipment, including lifting up to 25kg and moving solar panels.

Highly Regarded Skills:

  • Experience within the solar or electrical goods industry.

  • A strong track record in delivery runs and supplier collections.

  • Basic computer skills for stock management and dispatch recording.

Personal Attributes:

  • Reliable & Punctual: You understand the importance of early starts to ensure our installers can get to site on time.

  • A Great Communicator: You can liaise effectively with team members and suppliers.

  • A Problem-Solver: You’re proactive and can think on your feet to keep things moving.

  • Safety-Conscious: You have a keen eye for safety in everything from manual handling to warehouse organisation.
