Eataly at Vendome Mall, Doha, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for international candidates with a passion for hospitality and Italian cuisine. Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm welcome to guests, present menus, and guide them through our authentic Italian food and beverage selections.

Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and drinks.

Maintain clear and efficient communication with the kitchen and barista teams to guarantee order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Set up dining areas according to brand standards before service and reset tables efficiently after each guest.

Process customer bill payments and coordinate with the cashier.

Uphold Eataly’s high standards of service at all times, reporting any customer feedback or issues promptly to the duty manager.

Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Qualifications & Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a restaurant, hotel, or cafe.

Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
-
Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
-
Must be willing to relocate to Qatar and comply with the country’s employment visa processes.
