Role: Team Leader
Duties:

Deliver the brand promise by ensuring smooth and efficient operations at Reception, Guest Services, and Concierge.

Assist in managing Front Office operations to maintain high service standards.

Create seamless, intuitive, and signature guest experiences that are stress-free and successful.

Engage in casual conversations with guests to enhance their stay and build rapport.

Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring exceptional service at all times.

Lead by example, fostering a culture of modern design, outstanding service, and authenticity.

Ensure caring, attentive, and efficient service that aligns with guest expectations.

Train and motivate the Front Office team to uphold service excellence and brand standards.

Monitor and improve guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and personalizing service.

Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all guest touchpoints.
Requirements:

Empathetic & caring attitude – Ability to connect authentically with guests and colleagues, understanding their unique needs.

International luxury hotel experience – Background in high-end hospitality, adapting to diverse cultures and environments.
