Compensation:Ā ā¬35,000āā¬45,000 base + generous performance bonus

We operate premium serviced apartments across popular rental platforms eg. Airbnb in Dublinās city centre, targeting top-tier guest experiences and ratings.
What youāll do as a service manager
- Own daily guest operationsĀ across platforms: fast, high-quality communications; smooth check-in/out; uphold house rules and neighbourhood peace. Targets includeĀ =30 mins initial responseĀ and maintainingĀ 4.9+ average ratings on Airbnb.
- Housekeeping leadership and hands-on execution:Ā Plan and coordinate turnovers, performing cleaning and laundry when required. Maintain supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper) and welcome amenities as scheduled.
- Maintenance & safety:Ā Triage issues (locks/hot water/appliances), dispatch approved contractors, track work orders; keep photo/receipt evidence.
- Reputation & claims:Ā FileĀ timely damage claimsĀ andĀ challenge unreasonable reviewsĀ with documented evidence to protect ratings and recover losses.
- Revenue & availability:Ā Keep calendars accurate; run day-to-day pricing/min-stays/stop-sells; monitor conversion and cancellations.
- Reporting:Ā Clear weekly/monthly updates on SLA adherence, readiness photo checks, occupancy/RevPAR, incidents/claims, and costs.
What youāll bring
- FluentĀ EnglishĀ (global guests & local vendors).
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years inĀ guest-facing operations/hospitality/short-term rentalsĀ or similarly demanding services.
- Integrity and passion (most important); calm under pressure; practical problem-solver; able to attend city-centre sites on short notice when scheduled.
- Proficiency with PMS/channel managers, checklists, and photo documentation.
- Driving licence.
What is a plus:
- Having a car.
- Mandarin language skills.
- Airbnb Superhost (or equivalent track record).
- Degree in Hotel Management/Customer Relations or a related field.

Probation (part-time)

- Scope:Ā You will beĀ in full charge of one flagship city-centre property, including cleaning and laundry execution when required, to demonstrate end-to-end excellence.
- Pay during probation:Ā You will benefit from a fixed percentage of Net Operational Income (NOI)Ā for the assigned unit. Post-probation, the role transitions to theĀ full-time base + generous bonus + Visa sponsorshipĀ package above.
- Operating standards during probation:Ā =30 mins initial response in shift,Ā 4.9+ ratings on Airbnb or equivalent, on-time claims, readiness photo checks, accurate records.
