About the Role: Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, and permanent Registered Nurses to join our high-functioning clinical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical and holistic care to our residents. You will act as a clinical leader on the floor, providing guidance to our dedicated Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs).

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Clinical Care & Case Management: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans for each resident.

  • Medication Management: Administer medications safely and accurately, and manage medication reviews in accordance with policy and legislative requirements.

  • Clinical Leadership: Take charge as the Nurse in Charge of shifts, coordinating the clinical team and ensuring the smooth running of the facility.

  • Holistic Support: Provide holistic, person-centred care that respects the dignity, autonomy, and individuality of each resident.

  • Chronic & Complex Health Management: Skillfully manage a range of aged care health needs, including dementia, palliative care, wound management, diabetes, and other chronic conditions.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative frameworks.

  • Resident & Family Liaison: Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families, acting as a key point of contact for communication and support.

  • Community Nursing: Depending on operational needs, there may be opportunities to work in our community nursing program, supporting residents to live independently in their own homes.
