Bakery Production Team Member – Earlyrise Baking Co (Sponsorship Available)

Role: Bakery production 

Duties:

• Measure, mix and bake our range of pies and sausage rolls.

• Operate and control manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines from mixers, dispensers and ovens.

• Keep production lines moving like a well-oiled (and floured) machine.

• Assist in cleaning food work areas, machinery, pumps, hoses, equipment and where required work within the wash bay.

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a factory or manufacturing role, preferably in Baking or food production;

• While not mandatory, an AQF qualification in Baking or a related food production qualification would be highly regarded;

• An understanding of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards;

• Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in work.

• Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum 25kg).

Salary:  $68,864.00
