Role: Backend Engineer (TypeScript)

Duties:

1. Platform Stabilization & Scalability

• Ensure secure, high-performance distribution for clients with massive user bases.

• Optimize backend systems to handle growing data volumes and diverse use cases.

2. New Feature Development

• Build features aligned with the product roadmap to enhance platform value.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI/ML-driven delivery optimizations (future roadmap).

3. Architectural Leadership

• Drive re-architecture initiatives to support future growth.

• Modernize systems for global scalability (Asia expansion focus).

4. Global Collaboration

• Lead technical discussions with Japan, India, and Philippines teams.

• Bridge communication gaps as a bilingual (Japanese/English) engineer.

Requirements:

Must-Have

• 5+ years in backend development (Scala/Java/Python/Go).

• Experience with high-traffic, distributed systems.

• Fluency in Japanese and English (technical communication).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and microservices.
