Important Legal Notice

Employers using the IFMOSA Work portal are strictly prohibited from demanding payments, deposits, processing fees, or any other financial consideration from job applicants at any stage of the recruitment process.

6. Licenses — GO, GO PLUS, GO ELITE
IFMOSA Work sells access licenses granting entry to database search features, career templates, and digital portal tools for job seekers and businesses. Each license (GO, GO PLUS, GO ELITE) includes different features, as detailed on ifmosawork.com/activate. It is your responsibility to review license features before purchase.
6.1. Pay-As-You-Go — No Subscriptions
All licenses are one-time, pay-as-you-go purchases. There are no recurring monthly subscriptions, no automatic renewals, and no stored billing agreements. Access is granted for the period specified by the license you buy. When the licensed period ends, your access ends — you will never be charged again unless you deliberately make a new purchase.
6.2. Purchase & Access
Licenses are one-time purchases. Payment must be completed to access features. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. License access is granted immediately upon successful payment authorization.
6.3. License Fees Clarification
IFMOSA Work license fees are charged solely for access to digital tools, database search features, career templates, and platform features. These fees are not recruitment fees, placement fees, employment intermediary fees, or job guarantee fees. Payment of a license does not constitute payment for employment, job placement, or visa sponsorship.
6.4. No Guarantee of Employment
Licenses provide access to tools, data, introductions, and visibility but do not guarantee employment. Job offers, hiring, and placement are outside IFMOSA Work’s control.
6.5. Instant Fulfillment & No Refunds
Digital access is granted immediately upon payment authorization. Because access to digital data and portal features is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all purchases are final and strictly non-refundable. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that IFMOSA Work provides immediate access to digital data only, not guaranteed outcomes. Any claims for refunds based on not obtaining a job, changing your mind, or other expectations will not be honored.
6.6. No Immigration or Legal Advice
IFMOSA Work does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or visa guarantees. Any visa-related information provided on the portal is for general informational purposes only. Users are responsible for consulting licensed immigration advisors, lawyers, or government authorities for legal advice.
7. GO Credits — Single-Listing Unlocks
IFMOSA Work also sells GO Credits as an alternative to a full membership license. A GO Credit pack allows a normal WordPress user to unlock one GO-protected listing at a time, without purchasing a subscription-style plan. This section sets out the specific rules that apply to GO Credits and supersedes any conflicting general clause in these Terms.
Summary: A GO Credit is a one-time, single-use entitlement. It unlocks exactly one GO-protected listing for the account that purchased it. Once used, the credit is permanently consumed and cannot be refunded, transferred, or restored — regardless of what the listing contains, who the employer is, or whether the applicant already contacted that employer before.
7.1. What a GO Credit Is — and What It Is Not
A GO Credit is:
- A digital entitlement to unlock one individual GO-protected listing for the account that purchased it.
- Consumed at the moment the user confirms the unlock action on a listing, and only at that moment.
- Permanently tied to the listing that was unlocked. The same listing can be revisited by the same account without consuming another credit.
- One-time only. Credits have no expiry date unless expressly stated at checkout, but the platform may retire or replace credit packs at any time.
A GO Credit is NOT:
- A membership, license, subscription, or any form of GO plan.
- A grant of access to the full GO database, archives, premium tools, or any feature beyond the individual listing it unlocks.
- An introduction, referral, recruitment fee, placement fee, or employment intermediary payment.
- Transferable to another user, account, or email address.
- Redeemable for cash, exchange, or credit against a license.
7.2. Consumption Is Immediate and Irreversible
When a GO Credit Holder opens a GO-protected listing, the platform will display a confirmation prompt stating that one credit will be deducted. If the user proceeds, the credit is deducted immediately, the listing is unlocked for that account, and the transaction is logged permanently in the credit ledger.
Once the user has confirmed, the following applies without exception:
- The credit is consumed and cannot be restored.
- The unlock is final and non-reversible.
- The user may revisit the same listing as many times as they wish without spending another credit.
- The user may not request a refund, exchange, or transfer of the consumed credit for any reason — including duplicate contact information, employer unresponsiveness, or the user’s own oversight.
7.3. Duplicate Employer and Duplicate Region Rule
GO Credits unlock listings, not employers. If two different listings on the platform are posted by the same employer, or by the same company hiring across multiple regions, each listing is a separate unlock and each requires its own credit.
If a GO Credit Holder unlocks listings from the same company or the same region three (3) or more times, and the resulting contact details turn out to be the same person or a duplicate of a contact the user already received, this is the user’s responsibility, not IFMOSA Work’s. The user is expected to:
- Rotate their target region, industry, or employer type before spending additional credits.
- Review the employer name, region, and job details visible in the listing before confirming the unlock.
- Understand that the same employer may post under different job titles, sub-brands, agency names, or regional offices, and that each of those listings is a distinct unlock.
No refund, credit restoration, or compensation will be issued for duplicate contacts resulting from the user unlocking multiple listings by the same employer, the same company, or the same region. The platform may, at its sole discretion, assist the user in identifying duplicate employers, but it is not obligated to do so and does not guarantee uniqueness of employer contacts.
7.4. No Refunds for Consumed Credits
All GO Credit purchases are final and strictly non-refundable once any credit in the pack has been consumed. This applies regardless of:
- Whether the employer responds to the user’s contact attempt.
- Whether the listing turns out to be for the same employer as a previous unlock.
- Whether the user’s personal circumstances change.
- Whether the user intended to select a different listing by mistake.
- Whether the user no longer wishes to pursue the job.
If a credit pack is purchased but none of the credits have been consumed, the user may contact support@ifmosawork.com within seven (7) days of purchase to request a review. IFMOSA Work may, in its sole discretion and without creating a precedent, issue a courtesy refund for unused credits. This is not a guaranteed right and does not apply to packs where any credit has been consumed.
7.5. Credit Balance, Ledger and Adjustment
Every user’s credit activity is recorded in a permanent, auditable ledger. IFMOSA Work may adjust a user’s balance only in the following situations:
- Correcting a technical error in which a credit was deducted without a listing being unlocked.
- Correcting a duplicate deduction caused by a platform malfunction.
- Reversing a fraudulent transaction following a confirmed chargeback.
- Granting a goodwill credit, at the sole discretion of IFMOSA Work, in response to a verified support case.
Users may view their balance, transaction history, and unlocked listings in their account dashboard at any time. Any dispute over a credit deduction must be submitted to support@ifmosawork.com within thirty (30) days of the deduction. After that period, the ledger is considered accepted as correct.
7.6. Daily Unlock Limits and Abuse Prevention
To protect employer contacts and prevent automated abuse, the platform applies a daily unlock limit to GO Credit Holders (currently up to five (5) unlocks per rolling 24-hour period per account, unless changed by IFMOSA Work). The limit exists to prevent mass scraping of employer data and is applied at the platform’s discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute abuse of the credit system:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to unlock listings in bulk.
- Sharing a single account across multiple people to pool or distribute credit unlocks.
- Attempting to bypass the daily unlock limit by creating multiple accounts.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing unlocked employer contact details to third parties.
- Systematically unlocking listings in order to harvest, compile, or republish contact data.
- Using unlocked contact details to send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited mass communications.
- Any other activity IFMOSA Work reasonably determines to be abusive or commercially harmful to the platform or its employers.
IFMOSA Work may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user found to be abusing the credit system. Unused credits on terminated accounts may be forfeited where the termination is due to confirmed abuse. IFMOSA Work may also report abusive activity to payment processors and, where required by law, to the relevant authorities.
7.7. GO Credits Do Not Create a Membership
A user who purchases GO Credits remains a normal WordPress user. Purchasing credits does not grant the user:
- A GO, GO PLUS, or GO ELITE membership.
- Unlimited access to GO listings.
- Access to any license-holder-only feature, tool, or content.
- Any special role, badge, or status on the platform beyond the record of purchased credits.
Credit holders are treated as non-members everywhere else on the platform. Only the specific listings they have unlocked with credits are accessible to them.
7.8. Modification of Credit Packs
IFMOSA Work reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue GO Credit packs at any time, including the number of credits per pack, the price, and any promotional terms. Modifications apply only to future purchases; already-purchased credits remain valid under the terms in force at the time of purchase, unless those terms must be changed for legal or security reasons.
8. Employer Terms
8.1. Job Posting & Accuracy
Employers must provide truthful and lawful job postings. Fraudulent, misleading, or malicious postings are prohibited.
8.2. Employer Verification & KYC
Employers may be required to complete KYC and business verification before posting jobs. This includes providing registration documents and proof of identity.
8.3. Payment & Advertising Policy
All payments for job postings or advertising are one-time and non-refundable. IFMOSA Work will display the advertisement as agreed. Employers may stop an advertisement at any time, but no refunds will be issued for early cancellation. IFMOSA Work does not guarantee candidate placement.
8.4. Employer Conduct
- No scams, fake offers, or requests for payments from candidates.
- No harvesting sensitive applicant data outside the platform.
- No discrimination, harassment, or illegal practices.
- No bypassing IFMOSA Work fees via off-platform recruitment.
8.5. No Recruitment or Placement Fees to Candidates
IFMOSA Work does not charge candidates recruitment, placement, or job-offer fees. Employers using IFMOSA Work are strictly prohibited from requesting payments, deposits, processing fees, or any financial consideration from candidates at any stage of the recruitment process.
Any employer found requesting payments from candidates will be immediately suspended or permanently banned. This policy protects both candidates and employers from fraudulent practices.
8.6. Third-Party Employment Relationships
IFMOSA Work is not a party to any employment agreement between employers and candidates. Any employment, visa sponsorship, or contractual relationship is strictly between the employer and the candidate. IFMOSA Work is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from such relationships.
9. Free Users — Terms & Conditions
9.1. Acceptable Use
Free Users must not engage in illegal, malicious, or disruptive behavior including phishing, spam, scraping data, or malware distribution.

Automated Decision-Making: IFMOSA Work uses automated systems, including AI-based tools, to detect fraud, spam, policy violations, and suspicious activity. Certain decisions such as content removal, account restriction, or access limitation may be automated, with human review available upon request.
11. Payments & Refund Policy
All purchases of licenses, GO Credits, or employer services (job postings, advertising) are one-time and non-refundable. IFMOSA Work does not guarantee employment, candidate placement, or outcomes. Services will continue as provided under the agreed license or terms. Operational or technical exceptions may be handled at IFMOSA Work’s sole discretion.
11.1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Users who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds may have their accounts permanently suspended. IFMOSA Work reserves the right to provide transaction records, access logs, and communications to payment processors or authorities in the event of disputes.
11.2. Fraudulent Chargebacks
Because digital access is delivered instantly upon payment authorization, any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without valid legal grounds will be treated as fraudulent. In such cases, IFMOSA Work will (a) immediately terminate portal access, (b) permanently block the associated account and payment instrument, (c) void any remaining credit balance, and (d) submit full access logs, download records, IP logs, and transaction data to the payment processor and, where applicable, to the relevant authorities. This is necessary to protect the platform and its legitimate users from digital goods fraud.
12. Content, Reviews & Marketing
12.1. User Content
All content you post or submit must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. IFMOSA Work may remove content that violates these Terms.

16. FAQs
Can I get a refund if I do not find a job?
No. All license and credit purchases are one-time, non-refundable, and access is granted immediately upon payment. IFMOSA Work provides digital data access only — not job guarantees.
Is this a subscription?
No. Licenses (GO, GO PLUS, GO ELITE) and GO Credit packs are one-time, pay-as-you-go purchases. There are no recurring monthly charges and no automatic renewals.
What exactly do I get when I buy GO Credits?
A GO Credit pack is a way to unlock individual GO-protected listings without buying a full membership. Each credit unlocks one listing, permanently, for the account that purchased it. Once you confirm the unlock on a listing, that credit is used. You can revisit the same listing any time without spending another credit. Credits do not grant membership, unlimited access, or any plan features beyond the listings you unlock.
What happens if I unlock the same employer twice by mistake?
Each listing is a separate unlock, even if two listings are from the same company or region. If you unlock multiple listings by the same employer and the contacts turn out to be duplicates, that credit is still consumed and is non-refundable. To avoid this, rotate your target region or employer before unlocking another listing, and check the employer name and job details in the listing preview before confirming. IFMOSA Work does not guarantee that every employer contact is unique across all listings.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
If you have purchased a credit pack and have not consumed any credit in it, you may contact support@ifmosawork.com within seven (7) days of purchase to request a review. Any goodwill refund for unused credits is at the sole discretion of IFMOSA Work. Once a credit is consumed, it is strictly non-refundable.
How are my details used for marketing?
IFMOSA Work uses information only if you opted in. Marketing includes newsletters, service updates, and promotions. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Can reviews I leave be displayed?
Yes, reviews may be displayed publicly. By posting, you grant IFMOSA Work a license to use them worldwide.
17. Changes to These Terms
IFMOSA Work reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your use of the IFMOSA Work portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Users agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought solely in Sweden.
19. Listing Accuracy & Verification
IFMOSA Work is committed to providing accurate, verified contact details in job listings. To achieve this, we combine human verification with AI-powered monitoring tools to check and validate the phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information that appear in our listings.
Our verification process includes:
- Manual human review of submitted listings before they go live.
- AI-driven validation of phone numbers and email formats.
- Ongoing monitoring for changes in employer contact data.
- Periodic re-checks to detect outdated or disconnected numbers.
Mistakes Can Happen.
Despite our thorough testing and monitoring, contact details in listings can occasionally become outdated, disconnected, or incorrect — particularly if an employer changes their contact information without notifying us, or if a phone number is reassigned by a telecom provider.
While we make every reasonable effort to keep details current, IFMOSA Work cannot guarantee that every contact detail will always be accurate at the moment you use it. Users are encouraged to report any inaccurate contact details they encounter so we can investigate and correct them promptly.
If you encounter a listing with an incorrect phone number, email address, or other contact detail, please report it to IFMOSA Work staff and we will investigate and take corrective action as quickly as possible.
