The IFMOSA Affiliate Program allows approved participants to promote IFMOSA products and services. By joining the program, you agree to these Terms and any separate Affiliate Agreement provided upon approval.

Commissions are paid according to the terms specified in your individual Affiliate Agreement. Commission rates, payment thresholds, and payment schedules will be detailed in your agreement. IFMOSA reserves the right to modify commission structures with 30 days’ written notice to affiliates.

Affiliates must:

• Provide truthful and non-misleading promotion of IFMOSA services
• Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements
• Not engage in spam, fraudulent, or deceptive marketing practices
• Not bid on IFMOSA brand keywords in paid advertising without written consent
• Maintain the confidentiality of their affiliate dashboard and tracking links

Commission payments will be made according to the schedule outlined in your Affiliate Agreement. All payments are subject to:

• Successful completion of referred sales with no chargebacks
• Reaching the minimum payment threshold
• Providing valid payment information
• Compliance with all program terms

IFMOSA reserves the right to withhold payments for suspected fraud, violation of terms, or quality concerns.

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 30 days’ written notice. IFMOSA may terminate immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms or the Affiliate Agreement
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Misrepresentation of IFMOSA products or services
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions meeting payment criteria will be paid according to the agreement terms.

Licenses are one-time purchases. Payment must be completed to access features. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. License access is granted once payment clears.

IFMOSA license fees are charged solely for access to digital tools, information, and platform features. These fees are not recruitment fees, placement fees, or job guarantee fees. Payment of a license does not constitute payment for employment or visa sponsorship.

Licenses provide access to tools, introductions, and visibility but do not guarantee employment. Job offers, hiring, and placement are outside IFMOSA’s control.

All license purchases are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that IFMOSA provides access and tools only, not guaranteed outcomes. Any claims for refunds based on not obtaining a job or other expectations will not be honored.

IFMOSA does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or visa guarantees. Any visa-related information provided on the platform is for general informational purposes only. Users are responsible for consulting licensed immigration advisors, lawyers, or government authorities for legal advice.

Employers must provide truthful and lawful job postings. Fraudulent, misleading, or malicious postings are prohibited.

Employers may be required to complete KYC and business verification before posting jobs. This includes providing registration documents and proof of identity.

All payments for job postings or advertising are one-time and non-refundable. IFMOSA will display the advertisement as agreed. Employers may stop an advertisement at any time, but no refunds will be issued for early cancellation. IFMOSA does not guarantee candidate placement.

• No scams, fake offers, or requests for payments from candidates.
• No harvesting sensitive applicant data outside the platform.
• No discrimination, harassment, or illegal practices.
• No bypassing IFMOSA fees via off-platform recruitment.

IFMOSA does not charge candidates recruitment, placement, or job-offer fees. Employers using IFMOSA are strictly prohibited from requesting payments, deposits, processing fees, or any financial consideration from candidates at any stage of the recruitment process.

Any employer found requesting payments from candidates will be immediately suspended or permanently banned. This policy protects both candidates and employers from fraudulent practices.

IFMOSA is not a party to any employment agreement between employers and candidates. Any employment, visa sponsorship, or contractual relationship is strictly between the employer and the candidate. IFMOSA is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from such relationships.

Free Users must not engage in illegal, malicious, or disruptive behavior including phishing, spam, scraping data, or malware distribution.

Violations may result in account suspension, IP blocking, deletion of content, or reporting to authorities.

• Phishing or impersonation
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Fraudulent job postings
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Malware, hacking, or security breaches
• Harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Professional misconduct including begging, excessive emailing, or harassment

IFMOSA uses automated systems, AI monitoring, manual compliance checks, and user reports to detect violations. Accounts may be suspended, IPs blocked, or reported to authorities.

Automated Decision-Making: IFMOSA uses automated systems, including AI-based tools, to detect fraud, spam, policy violations, and suspicious activity. Certain decisions such as content removal, account restriction, or access limitation may be automated, with human review available upon request.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Users who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds may have their accounts permanently suspended. IFMOSA reserves the right to provide transaction records, access logs, and communications to payment processors or authorities in the event of disputes.

All content you post or submit must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. IFMOSA may remove content that violates these Terms.

Reviews or ratings you submit may be displayed publicly on IFMOSA platforms. By submitting, you grant IFMOSA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display the review.

IFMOSA may use your information for marketing purposes only if you have opted in. This may include email newsletters, promotions, or service updates. You may opt-out at any time.

IFMOSA uses cookies and analytics to improve user experience and provide personalized content. You may manage cookies in your browser settings.

Users must maintain professional conduct at all times. This includes respectful communication, no harassment, no begging for jobs or money, and no excessive or unsolicited communication with employers or other users.

IFMOSA is not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: wars, government policy changes, visa bans, natural disasters, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

No. All license purchases are one-time, non-refundable, and access is provided as per the selected license.

IFMOSA uses information only if you opted in. Marketing includes newsletters, service updates, and promotions. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Yes, reviews may be displayed publicly. By posting, you grant IFMOSA a license to use them worldwide.
